My name is Dawn and I have been a licensed real estate agent in southern Nevada since 2017. As a native of Las Vegas and a UNLV graduate, I have a very intimate understanding of the valley. Although Las Vegas is known to be a transient city, I have deep roots, growing up as a third-generation “local“ and know that this is still a small town to some.
